We reserved the right to refuse services to anyone.
If you violate our policies, we reserved the right to stop and or refuse services.
Booking & Cancellations & Re-schedule:
1. A Credit Card is required for all bookings.
2. Appointments may be cancelled or reschedule 3 hours prior to the appointment date and time.
3. Appointments that are cancelled or reschedule less than 3 hours prior to the appointment date and time will be charge $30 Cancellation Fee.
4. ONLY acceptable form of cancellation is to use the link that was texted to you when you made the appointment. No Email or Phone call will be accepted as a method of cancelling your appointment.
Service Guarantee:
1. We guarantee 7 days for all of our manicure services (except regular polish).
2. We will fix all nails for free within the first 7 days.
3. Beyond 7 days there will be a fee for any repairs.
4. You MUST Take a picture and text it to the appointment message that was text to you when you made the appointment.
5. If you do not text the picture within 7 days of the service, the guarantee is null and void.
Designs:
1. All designs MUST be booked in advance.
2. If a design is not booked in advance, we reserved the right to refuse the design request.
3. If we have time we will try to accommodate your design request (this is at the discretion of the Receptionist & Managers).
Color Selection:
1. Clients may select up to 3 colors (regular polish and gel polish), only.
2. Our staff will try the colors on for you and once you have chosen that color, no changes will be permitted once the color has been applied.
3. Dip powder: only 2 color permitted to try.
Polish Change:
1. No polish change after the Tech has applied the polish.
2. If you wish to change the color and we have the available time then the Tech will change the color (only once).
3. If there is no time, then you will need to book a polish change for a different time (there will be a charged for the polish change).
Verify Services:
1. Please verify all services that you booked with the Tech before the Tech starts the services.
2. If there are any issues (i.e. shape, length, etc.) please stop the Tech and let them know immediately. You also may request to speak to a manager or the receptionist at any point to express your concerns.
Considerations of other clients:
1. Please be considerate of other clients.
2. If you use your phone, please use a headset, air pods, etc. Do NOT use speaker phone.
3. Please keep your voice to a minimum for your call and conversations.
